While there won’t be a special menu, attendees will get a chance to check out the new spring menu, which includes some knockout additions. We’re talking short rib cheese fries (COME ON, right?), and a carrot falafel sandwich, and a roasted beet and pecan-crusted goat cheese salad. How insane do these fries look?
