A while back we wrote about Mothership Meat Company, a new barbecue spot opening up in Dutch Kills, brought to you by Josh Bowen of LIC’s John Brown Smokehouse. While Mothership is still putting it all together for the grand opening, there’s a pre-opening dinner in the works and you can get in on that action on the evening of Monday, August 22. Tickets are $60 + fee (The Queens Dinner Club, the organizers, will take your money) and dinner will be served at 27-20 40th Ave, the future location of Mothership Meat Company. Here’s what is on the menu for the evening: Mothership Meat Co.
