They love it so much that they’re holding a week-long cider tap takeover from Monday, June 23 through Sunday, June 29! Who says cider is just for Autumn? Their tap list will include Aaron Burr, Annandale, Castañón, Christian Drouin, Domaine Dupont, Eve’s, Farnum Hill (special kegging of their Extra Dry), Slyboro, and Virtue. They’ll also feature a special preview of NYC’s first licensed urban cidery, Descendant Cider. They are planning some cider dinners, too, on the evenings of Tuesday, June 24 and Wednesday, June 25. Here is a sneak peek at the menu ($55 includes cider/perry pairing): Baby kale salad with lemon-parm vinaigrette, granny smith apple, hazelnuts -w- Farnum Hill Extra Dry Poached egg in crispy potato nest, petite sorrel, mushroom-pinenut pesto -w- Manoir du Kinkiz Cornouaille Corn tortellini with succotash and tomato broth -w- Eve’s Sow the Seeds Cheese plate with accompaniments -w- Castanon Sidra Natural Poached pear, dulce de leche, cider sorbet -w- Christian Drouin Poire For more info and to purchase tickets, head to Brown Paper Tickets.
