Here’s what they told us: We are finally opening tonight, Wednesday 11 June. We will have dinner service only through Saturday, and on Sunday we will open for lunch too. Next week we will be open for lunch and dinner. They have an updated website with more information about their concept, the people behind the restaurant, and the hours of business. Online menu is coming soon. We wish Via Vai all the best, and will be in soon to try the food, which we’re very much looking forward to.
