We’re Closer to Having Citi Bike in Astoria We’ve just gotten word of an important town hall meeting with Mayor Bill de Blasio, coming up in Astoria on Wednesday, July 19, 2017. From the organizers: “Mayor Bill de Blasio and Council Member Costa Constantinides will hold a town hall for residents of the 22nd Council District. This will be a wonderful opportunity to speak with and ask questions to the Mayor and Council Member. Seating is limited, please RSVP as soon as possible with your name to townhallrsvp@cityhall.nyc.gov or call (212) 748-0281.” Costa adds, “Voice your opinions, hear from your neighbors, and solve problems together. There will be an opportunity for audience questions.” The town hall will take place at PS 70, located at 30-44 43rd Street [map]. While the event starts at 7pm, doors open at 6pm and will close at 7:30, so be sure to get there on time. See you there!
