We’re back with another tasty bite, via Bradley Hawks of Amuse * Bouche fame. This edition features a delicious dish that is a WHA favorite – beet fettucini at The Queens Kickshaw. Total yum.
The first time I tried this, I had to order a double portion to take home, which I then almost finished a few hours later. Homemade beet fettucini is tossed in melted Parmigiano Reggiano, with actual crunchy little bits of beet root — simple, but exquisite.
