Watch Astoria’s The Brass Owl & Owner Nicole Panettieri Featured On QVC & HSN

Here’s a BIG shout out to local business! Astoria’s own lifestyle boutique The Brass Owl was recently selected for a Small Business Spotlight with Qurate Retail (nbd, they only own QVC, HSN, Zulily and more!), in partnership with the NRF Foundation. The 5-year-old Astoria boutique was specially chosen along with 19 other small businesses all over the country as a way to help support and shed light on them during the coronavirus pandemic.

You can check out owner Nicole Panettieri’s feature on the Small Business Spotlight here, which runs through June 6 and is part of the company’s $29 million COVID-19 global relief efforts. The small businesses get prime time on multiple social and TV platforms to share with stories with millions of Americans, plus receive virtual mentoring from Qurate experts.

QVC and HSN have already been sharing The Brass Owl’s story on their websites and social pages, and Nicole even went LIVE on TV yesterday for interviews about her retail journey and pivoting her business during this unprecedented time.
