Well, we finally know the name of the new Chinese restaurant from The Queens Kickshaw folks—Ha’s Chinese. According to their Instagram account, they expect to be open in early December. You can still get tickets to their opening week prix fixe meal, too. $35 per person and that includes food, drink, and tip. Once you sign up they will send you a menu with more info, and if for some reason you buy a ticket and have to miss it, you can use that as a $35 gift certificate later on. The menu is still a mystery but if the photo above is any clue, their food looks really good. And yes, we understand that it will be vegetarian. We look forward to learning more about Ha’s Chinese and wish Jen and Ben all the good wishes in the world as they approach their opening! Ben spoke to me and explained that they were just not doing enough business. My best wishes to Jen and Ben, and MUCH thanks for the years of great work they did there as Ha’s and as Kickshaw. Wishing you and your staff many great things ahead. Reply Angelo November 24th, 2017 Good luck guys!
