Well, we’re here to tell you: There’s some pretty awesome stuff happening in the kitchen! Bierocracy is taking bar food to a whole new level. Sure, they have massive burgers and beer pretzels, but they also offer special occasion-worthy items like Duck Confit, Roasted Bone Marrow, and Chicken and Rabbit Liver Mousse.
