Have you taken a trip to Bierocracy in Long Island City lately? Chances are, even if you’ve visited the roomy beer hall/sports bar, you’ve likely just stopped in for some brews and to catch sports on TV. Well, we’re here to tell you: There’s some pretty awesome stuff happening in the kitchen!
Bierocracy is taking bar food to a whole new level. Sure, they have massive burgers and beer pretzels, but they also offer special occasion-worthy items like Duck Confit, Roasted Bone Marrow, and Chicken and Rabbit Liver Mousse. No sad Cheez Whiz nachos to be found here!

We tried to go to Bierocracy after watching the marathon and waited for 30 minutes for a server to acknowledge us. Then we got tired of waiting and left.
