Chances are, even if you’ve visited the roomy beer hall/sports bar, you’ve likely just stopped in for some brews and to catch sports on TV. Well, we’re here to tell you: There’s some pretty awesome stuff happening in the kitchen! Bierocracy is taking bar food to a whole new level. Sure, they have massive burgers and beer pretzels, but they also offer special occasion-worthy items like Duck Confit, Roasted Bone Marrow, and Chicken and Rabbit Liver Mousse. No sad Cheez Whiz nachos to be found here! Here’s a quick glimpse at some of their standout menu items. Each pairs perfectly with beer from around the world!
