We are big fans of the delicious iced and milk tea at Tea n’ Milk. They are regular vendors at both the LIC Flea and Astoria Flea, and every time I go (usually at the Astoria Flea) I am so happy to see them! One of my favorite teas they make is the taro milk tea, made with actual taro root. And it’s white, not purple, because it’s natural, not from a powder.

Mathew Wong, one of the partners at Tea n’ Milk, emailed us today to tell us about their 1 year anniversary celebration at this weekend’s Fleas! Here are the details:

This Sunday will be Tea and Milk’s one year anniversary! It is our pleasure to cordially invite all our supporters to come out this weekend to LIC Flea (on Saturday) and Astoria Flea (on Sunday) to celebrate with us and also for us to personally express our gratitude.

For every purchase over the weekend, our awesome customers will be offered FREE Boba (Tapioca, Bubbles etc.) topping on their drink(s), and will be entered into our anniversary raffle for a chance to win great prizes! The names of the winners will be announced on our Facebook page on Sunday at 9:00pm EST, along with the instructions on how to claim your prize(s).

Please don’t forget to take pictures with us, leave a note, or business card so we know how much you guys love us!

Nothing says thanks like free boba! They always put plenty in each glass of tea, which makes me feel like I’m truly getting a good deal. So head over to the Fleas this weekend and show them some love! And get a delicious glass of tea at the same time.
