Lighthouse Ministries is behind the event, now in its third year, and it will take place on Sunday, August 24, 2014 at 10 a.m. at UA Kaufman Astoria Cinemas—that’s the big multiplex on 38th Street. Backpacks, filled with school supplies, will be available on a first come first serve basis, while supplies last. Sounds like a sweet deal!
