We’re back with another tasty bite, via Bradley Hawks of Amuse * Bouche  fame. This time Bradley introduces us to one of Via Trenta’s non-pizza specialties, a delicious flatbread.

The regular brick oven pies at Via Trenta are exceptional, but always be sure to ask about the specials —like this buttery flatbread slathered with truffle spread, mushrooms, garlic, and fresh mozzarella.
