We’re back with another tasty bite, via Bradley Hawks of Amuse * Bouche fame. This edition features delectable crab bites from neighborhood newcomer, Off the Hook.
These crab bites are literally ‘off the hook,’ as the restaurant’s name implies. They are blended solely with crabmeat and a touch of remoulade, breaded, fried, and then served with more remoulade. Crab cakes never tasted this good before.
