Bradley’s Bites – Brussels Sprout Pizza at Milkflower

In this edition of Bradley’s Bites, we features the beautiful brussels sprout pizza at Milkflower, which also has flavors of truffle oil, cracked black pepper, and an egg in the center.

We’re back with another tasty bite, via Bradley Hawks of Amuse * Bouche  fame. This time Bradley features the beautiful brussels sprout pizza at Milkflower.


Milkflower is beautifully named after the fior di latte mozzarella they use on each of their Neapolitan-stye brick oven pizzas. One of the pies that best uses that cheese as a canvas for their delicious flavor combos is the brussels sprouts pizza, blanketed with cheese, cracked black pepper, truffle oil, and a yolky egg that breaks open like a golden sauce in the center.
