Twitter Facebook Email Print We’re back with another tasty bite, via Bradley Hawks of Amuse * Bouche fame. This time Bradley features the beautiful brussels sprout pizza at Milkflower. Milkflower is beautifully named after the fior di latte mozzarella they use on each of their Neapolitan-stye brick oven pizzas. One of the pies that best uses that cheese as a canvas for their delicious flavor combos is the brussels sprouts pizza, blanketed with cheese, cracked black pepper, truffle oil, and a yolky egg that breaks open like a golden sauce in the center.
