New Spring Menu at Bistro 33

Bistro 33 has launched a new spring menu, and includes dishes involving lamb, pork, lobster, and duck egg.

We learned that local fave restaurant Bistro 33 has a new spring menu! Here are the details:

Crispy Poached Duck Egg

Pan seared foie gras, duck egg fettucini fresh avocado, strawberry-balsamic reduction

Pork Belly Char-su (Michelin Bib Gourmand noted)

Pork belly braised with star anise, cinnamon, cherry glaze, cornichons, balsamic vinaigrette

Lobster Roll

Half Maine lobster, shredded cucumbers, Japanese mayo, shichimi pepper

Lamb Pops

English pea puree, lychee compote, crispy leeks
