Meg hearts these LOOK! stencils in LIC at the intersection of Jackson Ave and 50th Street.

Sometimes I find myself in Long Island City on early weekend mornings, when there is not much traffic. Last time I was there, I noticed these stencils on the street that say, simply, “LOOK!”
I’ve done a little research on the interwebs but haven’t found any information on them. I’d like to think some artist created them, but maybe DOT decided to have a little fun. If you know more, please leave a comment!
