This not-for-profit organization was founded in 2001 with a mission to bring high quality theater to Astoria, Queens, and to support local youth and senior citizens. Their theater productions are often cutting edge, thoughtful and have certainly exceed my expectations every time. I’ve had the good fortune to work with APAC over the last few months, and I can’t tell you how truly grateful I am to see an organization like this in Astoria. Attending next week’s APAC gala is a great way to support the arts in our own neighborhood while having a blast. I’ll see you there. -Mackenzi THE TOP 5 REASONS TO ATTEND APAC’s GALA! Great venue – The renovated Museum of the Moving Image is a stunning venue. Never been? At the end of the night, gala goers will have a chance to explore the Museum.
