It’s baaack! We Heart Astoria’s 3rd annual 12 Days of Giveaways promotion starts now with an amazing prize from our friends at Ovelia.  For those of you who haven’t yet been, Ovelia is one of our Greek modern favorites, as they take traditional Greek fare and flip it upside the head.  Think fried feta cubes in sesame seed batter, drizzled with honey; extra spicy kafteri dip; a “lamburgini” burger with the works, and more. Today’s prize is an exciting Dinner for 2 at Ovelia during their Rock ‘n Ribs night, which happens every Wednesday.  What can you expect?  Comforting dishes such as BBQ ribs (full or half racks), buttermilk fried chicken , corn dog buttons, kafteri poppers…umm, need we say more? How to enter: Leave us a comment and tell us your favorite BBQ dish and/or what you’re excited to try at Ovelia specifically.  You can enter between now and Wednesday, 12/12.  A winner will be chosen at random and announced on Thursday, 12/13.  Good luck and stay tuned for our other giveaways, each day this week.
