Twitter Facebook Email Print Beyond excited whenever there’s a new place to get iced coffee, (I drink it all year round), I biked to Gossip Coffee first thing this morning to check it out after learning they were opening today. The place immediately made me smile with their fun retro interiors and comfy vibe. So much houndstooth! I grabbed an iced coffee and wasn’t disappointed. It’s smooth and not bitter. The one size is $3.75, which is on par with other local indie shops. Although their donuts weren’t out yet, they already had their rice pudding on display, which I will be going back for tonight. They are open until 10pm, so it’s sure to become a late night snack destination. There’s tons of seating — so Gossip will definitely be added to our “Where to Go When It’s Super Hot Out” post. Freelancers rejoice, they told me they have free wifi and there’s no time limit. They also have an absolutely gorgeous outdoor seating area, so congrats on also making your way onto our “Best Places to Eat Outside in Astoria” list too, Gossip!
