Turns out Masterchef alum, and ‘molecular modernist’ Scottish Francis, is steering the ship over there, and there will be doughnuts. Really interesting, thoughtfully executed doughnuts. Looks like it’s not all doughnuts- rice puddings and pastries, too. (PS- could this be a sneak peek of the interiors?)
