Many yoga studios and gyms are pivoting to provide online content in these isolated times. Here’s what we found–let us know if we missed any! Salsa in Queens is offering FREE intermediate online classes. All you have to do is follow this link to their website and sign up with your email address. Stay up to date on their next offerings on their Instagram. Untitled Movement Instagram / @untitledmovement Local Jessica Rabanzo-Flores is teaching her dance-inspired fitness method via live-stream. Follow @untitledmovement on for classes and details. Yoga Yoga Agora Instagram / @yogaastoria Yoga Agora will now be conducting all their classes via Zoom.They will all be by donation (suggested $10). “Your donations will help us continue to pay our teachers, keep our online streaming services available, and maintain our physical location,” they say. The Happie House Instagram / @the_happie_house The Happie House yoga studio is also doing virtual classes. It is posted daily on their website here and you can sign up right from there. Breathe Strength Yoga Instagram / @breathe_strength Breathe Strength is hosting virtual classes, all available on their schedule. Members can support by using existing memberships or paying $10 for a drop-in. Also doing weekly IGTV videos for donations to help the studio stay open Boxing/Strength Lagree Instagram / @lagree.ny Obviously no one has a Megaformer in their house (I think?) but Lagree’s instructors will still be live-streaming different workouts each evening–all you need is a yoga mat! @CasieFit did one last night, and Eileen Kielty said she would be posting some today (3/19). Unlimited Body NY Instagram / @unlimitedbody_ny Unlimited Body NY, which offers bootcamps, zumba, kickboxing and more, will be sharing workouts via Facebook Live for their paying members (which you can become by reading the below). “Our FB UBNY members group is designed to keep you active during this time of ‘lockdown’ so that our paying members can still stay active. Joe Gambino Instagram / @joegambinodpt This local trainer is offering a free 4-week bodyweight program. His goal is to help as many people as possible during the coronavirus outbreak and is trying to get this into as many people’s hands as possible.
