Reminder: Support Local Biz This Weekend With Shop Small Astoria!

Tomorrow, November 30 is Small Business Saturday! The tradition was started 10 years ago by American Express, in order to “bring communities together in support of their favorite small businesses.”

According to AmEx, approximately 67 cents stays in the local community for every dollar spent at a small business in the U.S. So this is a truly effective way to support our local community hands-on!

Here’s how it works (starting today!):

1. Shop at any of the participating stores and have a passport signed with your purchase of $10+ (passports available at each store)

2. If you shop at 6 or more stores, you will be entered in to win a gift card from all participating stores (a $550 value). If you shop at 10 or more stores, you will get a Caryn Cast designed tote.

3. Drop off your completed passport at The Brass Owl, Chateau Le Woof, Good Games NYC, Lavender Label, or Lockwood (original) by 12/2
