From Monday-Thursday, 4-7pm, $35 will get you “family style appetizers, bountiful entrees” and two hours of unlimited drinks in the form of frozen Margaritas, Sangria, wine, draught beer, and their signature Sangrita. Here’s the menu (prix-fixe): FAMILY STYLE APPETIZERS Choice of: Guacamole en Molcajete, served with corn chips and house salsa Blue Corn Crusted Calamari, served alongside a smoked chipotle sauce salsa MAIN COURSE Choice of: Chicken Ricotta Quesadilla: grilled chicken, corn, scallion, ricotta and jack cheeses, sour cream, and pico de gallo Shrimp Mac & Cheese: a cheesy delight served with succulent jumbo shrimp hand-battered and fried Chicken Paillard: herbed chicken breast, purple mashed potatoes, snow peas, herb lemon butter sauce Salmon: pan seared salmon with mashed potatoes, sweet corn succotash, maple chipotle BBQ sauce And don’t forget all the tasty cocktails, beer, and wine.
