We’ve got the scoop on this new venture from Vite Vinosteria. Vite Bar will open next month and according to the owners, will reflect the tastes and flavors of Vite with a small twist. At Vite Bar expect to find a curated wine list, craft cocktails, select beers on tap, and local bottled beer. While you sip a tall glass of wine (or beer, or cocktail) you’ll be munching on Italian tapas. Small plates of salads, charcuterie, meatballs, and other bite-sized Vite favorites. () Also expect to see expertly marinated eggplant and octopus. No question the Baccala Mantecato (pictured above) will be on the menu. Once they get up and running, they’ll also open for lunch. (panini anyone?) () Stay tuned for more information!
