Do you love Bloody Marys? How about oysters? If you answered “Yes” to both, we’ve got the perfect event for you! The folks behind The Bloody Mary Festival (yes, this is an awesome organization that exists) is holding a Bloody Mary and Oyster Feast on Saturday, November 7th at the Melrose Ballroom. (36-08 33rd St.) In the words of the organizers, the decadent, treat-yo-self event will include: – UNLMITED Bloody Marys – including Congress Bar (2015 People’s Choice Winner, Brooklyn Bloody Mary Festival), Ubon’s, McClure’s, Murph’s & more. – 10 Oysters curated from W & T Seafood – NYC bagel station, cheese board, local food & drink tastes – DJ Illexxandra will be serving up the booty shakin’ brunch beats. (Note: I’m not sure what “booty-shakin’ brunch beats” are, but I’d love to find out!) How excellent do these oysters look? Tickets can be purchased here for $60 (pre- Eventbrite fee) until Saturday, October 17. After that, tickets will go up to $65. Don’t delay; this limited-capacity event is bound to sell out!
