Singlecut’s tap room is my favorite local beer destination. When I want a variety, Crescent and Vine is second to none, with Astoria Bier and Cheese a close third.

Love me some Judy & Punch – the popcorn compliments the beer wonderfully!

I love Singlecut, Sunswick, Astoria Bier & Cheese, and of course Bohemian Hall and Beer Garden! So many great spots.

Love the opening seating at The Strand – one of my favorite hangouts in Astoria!

So many to choose from, but Bohemian Hall when it’s nice out, Sunswick for the variety, and Snowdonia for the big windows (ideal for people watching!).

Best place to grab a beer in Astoria is absolutely Bohemian Hall and Beer Garden.

Judy & Punch… near my apartment, super friendly bartenders and great rotating beer selection on tap.

I always go to Judy & Punch. The bartenders are always so friendly and they have a great rotating selection of beers on tap.

We just had great stouts at Bowery Bay on Ditmars last Saturday afternoon! Fantastic food and cool vibe. The beer was made right here in Queens by our friend Basil Lee and Finback Brewery!!

Snowdonia is my go-to for awesome beers in Astoria (and NYC at large!)

When it’s cold: the Queens Kickshaw. When it’s warm: COFFEED at LIC Landing.

I’m a big fan of Crescent & Vine on Ditmars, which has some of the most unique brews I’ve ever had (and they do a mean cheese plate too!).

I Iove this idea and I really hope to win. So many great spots for a beer in astoria, it’s hard to narrow it down to just one – and this book helps us explore new spots too! Any chance we can do one of these around the holidays? This would make an awesome gift/stocking stuffer and be a great way to make the winter months not seem as long!

While it’s a bit off the beaten trail, Alewife is my favorite spot to grab a beer. Awesome rotating selection, large space and fantastic bartenders.
