We’re thrilled to kick of the new year with a giveaway to one of our favorite Astoria institutions, Museum of the Moving Image!
We’re giving you the chance to win 2 tickets to opening night of the First Look Festival on January 9th, where they’ll be presenting the U.S. premiere of a new Austrian film AMOUR FOU, followed by an after party at Mundo. The celebration will feature two cocktail drinks (mojito and gluhwein) and Austrian-themed appetizers.
The Museum of Moving Image has been my favorite NYC museum since I was a kid. The Muppets has always been my #1 exhibit, but this film festival might be even better!

MOMI is one of the best museums in the city, and the films they show have always been top-notch. The recent renovation has only made the screening room better–a real-must for cinephiles.
The MOMI is my favorite screening space in the city. Also check out the Queens World Film Festival when it rolls through.
I love showing MOMI off to all visiting friends and family. I love it because there is something that interests just about everyone.

MOMI is such a cool part of the neighborhood. I love the special film events they have, in particular the screenings with Q&As with directors and cast members after the show.
I’ve yet to go to MoMI but would really love to, especially for this screening!

It’s an Astoria institution-a must-see for me whenever there is a new exhibit, and I always bring friends and family when they visit.
