For a number of years, one of the highlights of the warmer months has been the Indonesian food bazaar at the Al-Hikmah Mosque, which serves the Indonesian muslim community. They took a break this summer, but we’ve learned they will be back this month! Here’s the update via Real Cheap Eats:
Many have you have been asking, and now we finally have an answer:
The Masjid Al-Hikmah Indonesian food bazaar will be taking place on Sunday, September 21st, from 10am to 5pm. The address is 48-01 31st Ave, Queens, NY 11103.
Show up early and hungry!
Great news! This is one of the best opportunities to access truly authentic Indonesian food in all of NYC. Highly recommended.
Is it also open in the winter time?
how do we find out about these things in advance?
That is a good question. Often the info is public very close to the event. Such is its nature.
