On September 7, stop by the bar from noon to 5 p.m. to check out the local vendors selling their wares. UPDATE (8/29): We have more info on the vendors for the day! Here are the details (thanks to Chris Haber for the info). Rejuvenate Spa. Evelyn Gatzonis from Rejuvenate will be doing facials and selling products from her store. Haber’s Tonic. Mike Haber will be selling his homemade tonic, currently on the menus at Sweet Afton and Bowery Bay. Also a bestseller at Lockwood. Love & Robots. Bryan Bruner will be selling his prints and artwork of his beloved robot army. Hellokristenlong & Honeybird Collaborate. Kristen Long and Trish Padich will be selling small sewn products (zip pouches/coasters/dish towels) using fabric with printed illustrations by Kristen Long. I Heart Astoria T-Shirts. Christine Cullinane-Haber from LinDon Habes will be selling the I Heart Astoria t-shirts, along with an assortment of other products like baby onesies and toddler t’s. Lamp Man Designs. Jon Testa will be selling his one of a kind, handmade light fixtures. Stuart & Co. Michael Steifman will be selling his BBQ sauces and rubs! Mmmm! ++++ There will also be a raffle with great prizes, and all proceeds from that will go to Concern Worldwide. In case you’re unfamiliar with this organization, they are “a non-governmental, international, humanitarian organization dedicated to the reduction of suffering and working towards the ultimate elimination of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries.” Definitely a good cause.
