When we brought you the story of Pink Nori a couple of months ago, we couldn’t wait to check out their fresh and modern approach to sushi. They did not disappoint, and have made their mark on the neighborhood and We Heart contributors alike. Pink Nori is a sushi standout not only with fresh ingredients and flavor combinations, but the option to customize your very own sushi roll. The concept is a fun activity and eating your design is even more enjoyable. The winner of this sponsored giveaway and the plus-one of their choice, will get a chance to experience the art of sushi design along with a full sampler menu. First up on the menu, an edamame appetizer, followed by a Sushi Taco. (Yep, Sushi Taco)

I’m really intrigued by those lychee mimosas! I love all sushi thought and would be excited to try more of Pink Nori’s menu!
