As usual, he’s up against three other chefs and they have to prepare an appetizer, entree, and dessert from mystery ingredients. How did George do? At one of George’s restaurants, William Hallet, they’re doing a dinner on Monday, May 19 in honor of the 20th anniversary of the Cannes Film Festival release of Pulp Fiction (click image below to enlarge). It’s a 4 course meal for $60 and a cash bar ($70 for the meal and an open bar and $80 for the meal and and an open bar at the table).
