Sure it’s a little cheesy, but we heart this holiday because it’s dedicated to the ones you love. Malu In honor of V-day, Malu is hosting a fun pop-up shop this Thursday from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m., featuring loverly items such as wine, chocolate, jewelry, festive gift baskets and other goodies. 12-09 Jackson Ave, LIC. 718.729.6258 Alobar We heart the rich V-day menu planned at Alobar, with items such as loaded potato gnocchi, butter poached main lobster ravioli, pan seared skate wing, and tons of decadent dessert. It’s nice to see that you can order these menu items a la carte, instead of a prix-fixe, including the yummy bacon popcorn you see here. This luxurious 3-course dinner will set you back $55/person. 34-12 36th Street, Astoria. 718.255.1947 Rest-au-Rant Rest-au-Rant has got it going on during V-Day and we’ve been salivating over their rich 5-course menu. From beautiful homemade ravioli you see above to lamb shanks and poached lobster, you’ll get a full feast for just $45/person. We heart their 3-course V-day menu with comforting items such as cauliflower soup, whole roasted duck with apples, Stroganoff forest mushrooms, braised leg of lamb and other things. For $60/person you’ll get three hearty courses as well as some celebratory champagne.
