natasha-pogrebinsky-bearWe were excited to recently learn that our friend and local chef, Natasha Pogrebinsky of Bear restaurant is going to be featured on Food Network’s Chopped once again.  Debuting on the show last year, Natasha did extremely well in the competition and passed several rounds of cooking with obscenely strange ingredients.  We were bummed when she was finally eliminated but ecstatic that she gets another try at victory.  Here are the details about the upcoming Chopped episode, as well as a fun viewing party that Bear is hosting in its honor.

Executive Chef and Owner of BEAR, Natasha Pogrebinsky will be a returning featured contestant on a Food Network episode of Chopped.

Premiering Tuesday, February 25th at 10pmET/PT “Return and Redeem”

Four chefs who lost in previous competitions return, wanting the win more than ever. A bright green dessert and a seafood snack must be worked into the competitors’ appetizers. Then in the entree round, the chefs must contend with quinoa and sour candy. And with one more chance to redeem themselves, the two finalists fight to the end, as they make desserts from palm seeds and dulce de leche. (Episode: CQ1903H)
