We’re back with another tasty bite, via Bradley Hawks of Amuse * Bouche  fame. This time Bradley features MP Taverna’s amazing bulgar salad—we are big fans here! -Meg

There is plenty to love about MP Taverna, the newest outpost of award winning chef, Michael Psilakis, but this bulghur salad is ridiculously addictive, studded with pistachio, dates, almonds, pomegranate seeds, and red onions. It’s light, vibrant, and excitingly fresh.
