We’re back with another tasty bite, via Bradley Hawks of Amuse * Bouche fame. This edition features a delicious sounding fried BBQ tofu sandwich from Queens Comfort.
If vegetarian could always taste this insanely addictive, I think I could give up meat. This fried BBQ tofu sandwich is playfully crunchy, glazed in tangy siu haau sauce with crisp and cool Asian slaw.

ooo that looks delicious! I haven’t been there in awhile, was not as impressed with the vegetarian offerings before – but I will have to return to try this one. Thanks for sharing :)
