Good Vietnamese can be difficult to find in our neck of the woods, so I was thrilled to discover Cyclo in LIC. This traditional banh mi is superb—a crispy baguette loaded with savory morsels of Vietnamese ham, roasted pork, paté, sriracha, cucumbers, daikon, carrot, and cilantro.
