Twitter Facebook Email Print We’re back with another tasty bite, via Bradley Hawks of Amuse * Bouche fame. This edition features one of the delicious banh mi sandwiches at Cyclo, a local Vietnamese restaurant in LIC. Good Vietnamese can be difficult to find in our neck of the woods, so I was thrilled to discover Cyclo in LIC. This traditional banh mi is superb—a crispy baguette loaded with savory morsels of Vietnamese ham, roasted pork, paté, sriracha, cucumbers, daikon, carrot, and cilantro.
