Did you hear that LIC’s Charlito’s Cocina is rolling out a new dry cured beer salami? “Slowly dry cured with a bottle of fermented brown ale, pasture raised heritage pork, and hand harvested fleur de sel,” it sounds like a must-have item in any carnivore’s pantry.  They’re working on a special promotion this month, in which they’ll give away a free beer salami with any online purchase.  Browse around and see what you like.
