Did you hear that LIC’s Charlito’s Cocina is rolling out a new dry cured beer salami? “Slowly dry cured with a bottle of fermented brown ale, pasture raised heritage pork, and hand harvested fleur de sel,” it sounds like a must-have item in any carnivore’s pantry.
