Join us for an evening with Jen Adams, author of The Books They Gave Me: True Stories of Life and Love.

Adams has collected 200 stories about books received from loved ones: the teenager whose misguided, much-older boyfriend gave her a copy of Lolita; the couple who confessed their love through Vikram Seth’s A Suitable Boy; the English tutor whose gift of Great Expectations helped realize his student’s potential.
