Here is the info: We’d like to invite you to join us this Wednesday at a Listening Session to discuss the waterfront near Hallets Point, from Socrates Sculpture Park to Pot Cove. This area includes Hallets Cove, the Astoria Houses Esplanade and the site of the proposed Hallets Point development. WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2010 6:30-9PM Goodwill of Greater New York 4-21 27th Avenue (enter on 4th street for the cafeteria) All are welcome! Light refreshments will be served. Green Shores NYC is partnering with the Trust for Public Land to produce a community driven vision plan for the entire Astoria-Long Island City waterfront. Wednesday’s meeting is one of a series of listening sessions being held this summer; Each one will focus on a different stretch of the waterfront.
