We’re excited to tell you that Bear will be doing a dumpling house pop-up all summer long! They’ll be serving dumplings at lunch, dinner and brunch services. (Don’t worry—their regular menu and the Chef’s Tasting menu will still be available).
As you can see in the menu preview above, there are a variety of dumplings for both omnivores and vegetarians. It’s hard to say which one of these sounds best, though fried dumplings with hot pepper aioli certainly sounds tasty. The classic dumplings with sour cream and dill also sounds delicious. Personally, I have a hard time saying to to pierogies, and topped with caramelized onions, truffle, and parsley sounds like a great definition of heaven. Anyway… what a treat to have so many Siberian-style dumplings and pierogies to try!
They’ll be doing a Dumpling Launch Party soon, too—we will keep you posted on the details of that.
