SUMMARY:How To Write Scary Stories!
DESCRIPTION:Our Young Writer’s Workshop is back! \nThis time hosted by guest instructor Michelle Schusterman\, author of Olive and the Backstage Ghost\, and The Kat Sinclair Files. \nHalloween is right around the corner\, and Michelle Schusterman will be helping teens\, and young writers alike craft the creepiest\, under-your-skin\, mystery and scary stories! Whether you’ve been writing for awhile now\, or you just want to learn the basics\, be sure to drop by our workshop to get in the mood for Halloween festivities! \nHappy writing! \nMichelle Schusterman lives in a monstrous city filled with ghosts\, some of whom she allows to creep into her stories. She is the author of Olive and the Backstage Ghost\, The Kat Sinclair Files series\, and the I Heart Band series\, a Scholastic Reading Club pick. She’s also an instructor at Writopia Lab\, a nonprofit organization that offers creative-writing workshops for children and teens from all backgrounds. Find out more at michelleschusterman.com. \n
