Women were interviewed about their experiences after birth in the hospital, how they fed their babies, recovered from childbirth, cared for themselves and what happened as they returned to the workforce. The play aims to change the conversation about postpartum care. It calls attention to how and why the U.S. lags behind worldwide standards.
