The monthly cooking and comedy show at QED: A Place to Show and Tell will make use of its Valentine’s theme. After recently visiting Iran for a Tourist Guides Convention, host Adrienne E. Cooper may have found love. She’ll share stories about being courted in a land where touching someone of the opposite sex is not permissible prior to marriage, and the only thing you can drown your sorrows in is non-alcoholic beer. The February 8th, 2017 show begins at 7:30pm, and tickets are $7.00. The show features Chef-turned-Comic Samantha Elkrief, Comics-turned-Chefs David Ebert and Anna Roisman.
The Food Funny is a show where host Adrienne E. Cooper combines her passions for food and comedy singular show, where chefs try comedy for the first time, under the guidance of their comic mentors who go on to compete in a live 10-minute mystery ingredient cooking challenge for the chance to close out the show with a set of their own.
