The Petite Peace Movement offers children’s classes and educational programming in moving meditation, teaching compassion, self-awareness and empathy towards others in a fun and engaging way! We are inclusive. We are part of The Meditation Movement Org. Alliance whose mission is to make meditation accessible to everyone, regardless of age, race, religion, gender or sexual identity and physical or mental ability.
This is a 40 minute class- please arrive 15 minutes early to check-in. We will begin on time.
We recommend loose, comfortable clothing. Socks or bare feet please, you will be asked to remove your shoes upon check-in.
