SUMMARY:Kundalini Full Moon Sound Bath
DESCRIPTION:The full moon is a time to release what no longer serves us\, inviting an expansion of our minds and bodies. We will use the full moon energy to strengthen our true intentions\, actions\, and dreams. It is a weeding of the garden planted during the new moon transit. During the cycle of the moon each month\, we can use the new moon to plant seeds of intention\, and revisit again at the height of full moon so that they might come to fruition. \nIn this class we will do a 30 minute Kundalini Yoga Kriya\, or set of physical exercises\, an 11 minute chanting meditation for prosperity\, and then lie down and accept the healing and transformation offered through the sound vibration of the Gong and crystal bowl for a 31 minute sound bath. \nKundalini yoga is a technology for self-awareness which accesses all 8 limbs of yoga in a single session. The live symphonic gong bath will use the sound current to clear away any remaining subconscious clutter and reset all of your body systems. \n
