If you’re feeling stagnation in your life, finding it hard to begin a project or move forward on one, we support you to unlock potential energy that could move you forward fast. We’re not calling this a workshop because for the most part, it will feel like play and creation.
Participants will be guided in a hour-long, group breathwork session, included in this playshop.
BIO: Catherine Man is a native New Yorker who facilitates individual and group sessions in the city that honed her abilities to learn, teach and ground in the midst of a constantly changing environment. Catherine received professional training to be a Rebirthing Breathwork coach and teacher from the Philadelphia and New York Rebirthing Center, where she assisted in the facilitation of the 9-month training programs and Loving Relationships Training (LRT). She also integrates her background in education from Columbia University’s Teachers College to develop methods that support the goals and growth of her clients.
