Hi everyone!
I will be hosting a Vegetarian (vegan-optional) dinner through my Astoria-based Supper Club, on Saturday, February 16. There will be no more than a total of 6 diners.
We will start the meal with Cream of Carrot Soup. That will be followed by Slices of Orange Topped with Homemade Tapenade and Fennel Seed.
For the entrée, I will prepare a delicious Stir Fry with Dark Brown Rice, Tofu, Cooked Egg, Cilantro, Kale, Chopped Garlic, Ginger and other flavorings.
And then comes dessert!…. I’m calling it ‘Strawberries Done Three Ways’, and as you may have guessed, I will offer fresh as well as frozen strawberries prepared three different ways. ;-)
Beverages (both alcoholic and non-) will be served with the meal.
